We'll definitely be getting our fishing in early in the day so we can hit some of the streams with afternoon closures early. Afternoons will be for tying and hitting small streams as you suggested...David Knapphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12480485571834164857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32835299.post-13231389955774732072007-07-25T15:05:00.000-05:002007-07-25T15:05:00.000-05:00I just got back from yellowstone a couple days ago...I just got back from yellowstone a couple days ago and the fishing was great. I am sure you have read but all of the major rivers and streams are on mandatory shut down from 2pm until 5am. Fishing the Northeast portion on the park (Soda Butte, Slough Creek, Lamar) is good early and then move to small higher elevation streams after (Tower Creek for Brookies, Soda Butte in and above Ice Box Canyon by Thunderer) Parks Fly Shop in Gardner is very helpful and can point you in the right direction as well. www.parksflyshop.com Have a fun and safe trip.Brunohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01949179089917243040noreply@blogger.com
